Failure to respond to leads or follow recommended processes may impact campaign performance, and we are not liable for such outcomes.

3. Payment Terms

All service fees are due as outlined in your agreement or invoice.

Advertising spend is separate from service fees and paid directly to the advertising platform unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may result in suspension of services.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for unpaid balances.

4. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to deliver strong marketing performance, we do not guarantee:

Specific lead counts

Closed sales

Revenue levels

Return on ad spend

All services are provided on a best-efforts basis.
